My TikTok feed is full of people talking about the Great LockIn 2025. Since I’ve finally gotten this blog up and running — and because I’ve got some pretty hefty financial goals and big dreams — I thought, why not try something like it myself?
I love a good challenge. I’ve never done 75 Hard, but the idea of a structured, focused stretch of time really appeals to me. Since there are just over 100 days left in the year, I’m launching my own 100-Day LockIn Challenge. I'll start on Friday, September 12, because it is 100 days before I plan to leave for the holidays, and will give me a good buffer of time to be ready in advance for my big goals in early 2026.

Before I get into the details, here’s the big picture:
I have some major 5-10 year hopes. I’m keeping the specifics private for now (apparently you’re less likely to achieve goals if you share them too publicly), but trust me — they’re bold. And if I work correctly now, I’ll actually get them done.
Here’s what I want to accomplish by the end of the year:
Jiu-Jitsu: Get ready for Europeans in January. That means not only registering in that competition, but competing in several others before the end of the year, sharpening my new brown belt techniques, and committing — really committing — to my healthy diet and training plan.
Piano Performance: I’ve got a big concert and recording session coming up. I want to use them as a springboard for more performances. That means building a professional website, practicing a lot, and starting to promote myself properly.
Piano Teaching: This is where my biggest goals live. I’ve got several online projects I want to launch, plus the marketing, recording, and curriculum development to make them real.
Personal: Read more. Spend quality time with my husband outside of training. Keep a cleaner house. Simple, but deeply important.

None of this is going to bring in piles of cash right away, but that’s okay. The point is to stay focused, stick to the plan, be patient, persistent, and keep moving forward.
So, what will my 100-Day LockIn Challenge look like?
Here’s the plan:
By Dec 21, I need to Finish these major tasks:
Piano Performance website
Piano Project website
Full curriculum plan for online classes so I can open in January
A 12-month calendar plan- for my music listening project that hopefully can be a subscription business
To achieve these goals, complete my big projects for early next year, AND work towards my big 1, 5, and 10 year goals, I need to do these things daily:
Follow my dietitian’s plan (with one flexible meal and one small treat each week).
Drink at least 90 oz of water every day.
Stick to my trainer’s plan-- 3-4 days of lifting a week in addition to my on the mat training.
Roll in every Jiu-Jitsu class unless I’m injured; train technique in each class.
Train brown belt attacks three days a week.
Practice piano a minimum of two hours a day (more is better). If I’m traveling, do mental practice.
Post on social media every day. This is the hard one for me. I’ll start small — two posts per platform — and build from there. By October and November, I’m aiming to try a Gary Vee-style content challenge.
Write and publish at least two blog posts per week on each website.
Work on one project-related task every single day. Even if it’s tiny — updating a page, writing a caption, mapping out a practice plan — momentum matters.
It’s a lot. But it’s also focused. And if I can hold the line for these 100 days, I’ll be in an incredible position heading into 2026. In the next few days I'll be working on a checklist that I can complete each day. I'll also use the structured checklist as a chance to stay accountable on social media.
